The Lead Maintenance Repair Worker 2 is responsible for completion of tasks assigned by the ERS/Maintenance supervisor. This includes direction and oversight of the tasks assigned to MRW 1. Oversees and assists in completion of work with WEP participants assigned to work crews. Provides custodial services to JFS facilities.

- Acts at the direction of ERS/Maintenance Supervisor
- Assists in planning and implementing work projects
- Assists with correspondence and other written and oral communication
- Assists in reporting and budget planning
- Performs a variety of unskilled and semi-skilled maintenance duties
- Conducts preventive maintenance and care on grounds and facilities
- Oversees non-county employed WEP workers for semi-skilled repair and maintenance, grounds and janitorial work
- Assists with worksite instruction and monitoring of WEP & MRW1's work assignment, quality and completion
- Works may entail construction, electrical, painting, lawn care, janitorial and recycling
- Performs maintenance services for JFS facilities, equipment, and vehicles
- Performs Janitorial services for JFS facilities and vehicles
- Janitorial duties: sweep, vacuum, mop, strips/wax floor surfaces, and other duties as assigned
- Performs grounds services for JFS facilities
- Landscaping & grounds duties - mowing, trimming, mulching, weeding, outdoor maintenance, snow/ice removal
- Removes snow and ice from walkways, parking lots, driveways
- Treat ice and snow accumulation
- Operates electric and manual hand tools and equipment
- Operates motor vehicles, plows, mowers, and other vehicles
- Conducts facilities and grounds inspections and reports on work required
- Monitors supply stock and parts for equipment
- Moves, relocates, recycles, or auctions equipment and JFS property
- Inspects and maintains tools, equipment, and vehicles
- Keeps maintenance area secure, safe, orderly, and clean
- Schedules Maintenance Repairs and janitorial work
- Schedules and prepares for snow and ice removal
- Picks up supplies and materials from suppliers as needed, using truck and trailer
- Delivery of supplies, equipment, mail between agency & work locations
- Attends supervision, staff meetings, and training sessions as requested by immediate supervisor and/or director
- Regular and dependable attendance

Must have a high school diploma or equivalent. Must have a valid Ohio Driver's License.I. JOB REQUIREMENTS
Equipment: Ability to use various equipment. Motor vehicles, snow mplow/ blower, riding/push mower, trimmer, edger or other landscaping equipment, hand tools, power tools, vacuum cleaner, buffer/scrubber, climb ladder and other equipment necessary to perform duties. Individual uses appropriate personal protective equipment when necessary. Ability to operate a motor vehicle is required. Basic computer skills and ability to use cell phone.

III. RESPONSIBILITY
Individual is given general direction from Supervisor in following established practices and clear-cut policies. Work is reviewed in the process. Errors are generally readily detected in normal course of work by standard checking resulting in little or no difficulty in loss of time to correct. Oversees non-county WEP workers to ensure work is completed accurately and timely.

V. PHYSICAL EFFORT AND WORK ENVIRONMENT
Physical Requirements: The physical requirements of the position include climbing a ladder, use of landscaping and general custodial/maintenance equipment and lifting up to fifty (50) pounds or one hundred (100) pounds with assistance. Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards
Physical Activity:The physical activity of the position is fingering, talking, hearing, listening, reaching, climbing, stooping, balancing, crouching, pushing, pulling, lifting and walking.
Visual Activity: The minimum visual activity of the seeing job is close to the eyes.
Job Location: The minimum work conditions for the position indicate that the individual is exposed to working both inside and outside in all types of weather.
