American National is seeking a Lead IT Control Analyst to join our GRC team. In this role you will align the structure and content of Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) IT Controls. To be successful you should understand the SOX IT Controls framework and NIST Cybersecurity Framework (CSF).
What You'll Do:
Support CTS control compliance by providing compliance oversight, training and support to the GRC team members who provide support to business areas and technical control owners.
Initiate and maintain a list of risk exposures and performance of key risk metrics.
Lead GRC team members on methods to track and monitor the flow of all documents from inception to distribution of final copies and manages the document revisions for CTS control compliance.
Provide leadership and oversight for CTS GRC team members who develop clear and concise documentation and communications to data and control owners across business, application development and IT infrastructure teams. Monitor the operation of various processes and procedures.
Assist in the design of Minimum Control Standards.
Analyze and mitigate risk related to CTS Logical Access.
Support and lead the operational support effort for data identification and classification efforts.
What You'll Need:
Bachelor's degree
Six to eight years of GRC or IT Controls experience
10 or more years of professional technology experience in Insurance/Financial Services will be considered in lieu of educational requirement.
One or more certifications pertaining to GRC:
o Certified Internal Auditor (CIA)
o Certified in Data Management (CDMP)
o Certified in Data Privacy Solution Engineer (CDPSE)
o Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC)
o Certified in the Governance of Enterprise IT (CGEIT)
o Certified in Information Security Management (CISM)
o Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA)
o Certified in Governance, Risk, & Compliance / Practitioner (GRC/P)
o Certified Information System Security Professional (CISSP)
