Job Overview
The Lead is responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy and data integrity of all Inventories for Getinge at the East Windsor warehouse. The position oversees daily cycle count and all related inventory activities, including non-conforming and scrap requests, and addresses discrepancies with the team. The Lead is expected to provide solutions and assist supervisor in maintaining team deliverables and performance.

Job Responsibilities and Essential Duties

• Responsible for overseeing daily cycle count activities and leads team on their output. This includes addressing team questions and routine issues.
• Responsible for overseeing cycle count recounts and preparing reports
• Responsible for identifying, investigating and analyze discrepancies to escalate accordingly
• Prepares reports on investigated discrepancies to the Supervisor for approval.
• Transacts cycle count differences with required approvals
• Oversees put away audits and empty bin audits
• Assist with any physical inventory activities
• Performs transactions on dispositioned Non-Conforming Materials (NCMRs) related to internal inventories.
• Oversees the warehouse non-conforming area.
• Maintains NCMRs and cycle count and related documentation as required.
• Performs transactions on approved scrap requests.
• Acts on behalf of the Supervisor when assigned and assists in recruiting and staffing activities. The position may also participate in performance discussions
• Assists Supervisor in managing attendance and schedules when required.
• Responsible for training new members.

Minimum Requirements

• Associate Degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
• A minimum of 3 years' experience in Inventory Control and Receiving.
• A minimum 2 years utilizing automated computer-based transaction-oriented systems at the proficient level.
• Level 2 Forklift Operator/PIT (Power Industrial Truck) operator (ability to pick, unload, loading, put away and move material accurately in system. 2yrs experience driving all PIT equipment in building and capable of instructing and watching over the practical training of a level one forklift operator) Must maintain certified training.
• Working knowledge of SAP & Blue Yonder.

• Proven skills in effective teamwork and collaboration
• Must be well organized, conscientious and detail oriented
• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.

Does not manage other employees

• Ensures environmental consciousness and safe practices are exhibited in decisions
• Use of computer and telephone equipment and other related office accessories/devices to complete assignments
• May work extended hours during peak business cycles

The base salary for this position is a minimum of $20.70/hour and a maximum of $28/hour
