Lead Infant Teacher

Summary
Grateful Hearts is looking to hire a qualified teacher to lead our busy infant room! Our infant room has a maximum of 8 babies, with two teachers. We also have assistants available to help out when the room gets hectic. Our baby room requires a kind and loving teacher, who wants quality interactions and relationships with the children.
Duties
Job Responsibilities include:
-interacting with the children in respectful way that is nurturing to encourage development
-provide developmentally appropriate activities and opportunites
-assist in classroom arrangement, selection of books, toys, and equipment
-quickly meet the needs of each child
-accurately maintain all necessary records
-personal hygiene of each child (diaper changes, soiled clothing, washing hands)
-Maintain a safe, clean, and healthy environment
-prepare and serve bottles, meals, and snacks
Requirements
Must be 18 years of age and have completed high school or its equivalent.
Prefer Level 7 or higher on the Wisconsin Registry
Must obtain CPR and AED certification within 6 months of hire
