Our continued success and desire for the best representation has produced an immediate need for a motivated and energetic Lead Generation Specialist.
In this role, you will research companies that fit our target markets and identify key decision makers and influencers in each of those companies. You will generate leads and set appointments with a combination of email marketing and cold calling strategies. You will introduce our physical security solutions to them via phone, email, and/or web conference introductions, with a goal of getting our sales team in front of the right people. To be successful in this role you must have a “Hunter” mentality and approach to prospecting and appointment setting.
Requirements:
- Prior success setting appointments in a B2B sales environment, or a strong desire to learn.
- Prior success in a Lead Generation role, or a strong desire to learn.
- Strong relationship building and consultation skills.
- Ability to conduct solution introduction presentations remotely.
- Ability to create, deliver, and follow up on email marketing efforts.
- Motivated, self-starter, with excellent drive, ambition and work ethic
- Ability to perform at a high level with minimal management involvement.
- Strong oral and written communication, customer service and time management skills
- Proficient in computers and software applications including MS Office, MS Teams, Zoom, etc.
- Reliable transportation and clean background
Compensation:
Full Time: $40k base salary, plus commission
Part Time: $19.50/hr., plus commission www.sonitrolsacramento.com and www.cybexsecurity.com
