Lead Generation Support Specialist
We are looking for Support Specialists to join our Lead Generation team at the Stepping Stones Group! Must have prior experience in B2B/B2C industry and Excel, PPT, and CRM knowledge! Must be a self starter, able to work and stay motivated! SSG provides therapeutic behavioral health services to a variety of public-school districts and private learning centers. We employ over 7000+ special educators & clinicians to school districts nationwide.
Remote position, must be able to work MST and PST timezones.
This is a full-time work-from-home (permanent) position. You will have the benefit of working from home with some flex hours, but you'll need to be able to work efficiently and responsibly. We will provide laptop and trainings.

Duties include but not limited to:
- Assist with conventions
- Assist with job orders
- Assist with job postings
- Assist with convention leads from all career fairs
- Assist with all incoming applications
- Assist with Referral entry

- Outstanding verbal communication skills
- Outstanding written communication skills
- Basic troubleshooting skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to type 30 wpm
- Ability to follow directions and accept coaching

- Ability to work effectively from home
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in the B2B or B2C Lead Generation or similar industry
- Strong Microsoft Office, PPT and Word skills, CRM experience is desirable
- Provide strategic support
