Helps direct staff under the direction of the Food Service manager. Possess excellent customer service, teamwork, and communication skills. Performs a variety of duties surrounding the preparation and service of food and related sanitation duties according to established policies and regulatory requirements. Areas of service include: Patient Services, Cafeteria, Doctor's Dining Room, and Catering.

Required qualifications:
- National Food Handler Card - State County City Authority upon hire.
- National ServSafe Manager Certification - National Restaurant Association within 6 months (180 days) of hire.
Preferred qualifications:
- 6 months Institutional Kitchen experience.
