Lead Fence Installer

An ideal candidate will have a responsible, customer service-oriented attitude and have experience operating standard power tools. This individual must be physically capable of performing the duties of a Lead Fence Installer on a daily basis and must be willing to follow detailed instructions at all times.

Responsibilities:

• Lead an install crew through fence installation from start to completion.
• Measure and cut the materials required to build a fence.
• Install the fencing materials according to specifications.
• Use power tools to create an installation plan.
• Demonstrate proper safety protocol.
• Know how to install specific fencing types.
• Install fences in residential neighborhoods, business parks, etc.
• Install fences on residential and commercial properties, using power tools including nail guns, other fasteners, cutting devices, etc.
• Be able to lift at least 75 pounds.
• Be able to work in high temperatures for long periods of time.
• Be able to work on ladders in awkward positions.
• Stand for long periods of time.
• Communicate effectively with customers.
• Prior fencing experience required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
