Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled developer with 3-5 years experience developing and maintaining web applications built using React, PHP Laravel, and MySQL. Success in this position will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions that meet business requirements. As our Lead Developer, you will play a critical role in the development of our company’s proprietary web applications which include lead generation, CRM, and marketing automation functionality.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain web applications using Laravel PHP framework.
Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and solve complex problems.
Work with offshore development teams
Implement and maintain database schemas and queries.
Integrate third-party APIs and services into web applications.
Optimize application performance and scalability.
Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in web development.
Troubleshoot and debug issues in production and development environments.
Write and maintain unit and integration tests to ensure code quality and reliability.
Qualifications
Strong proficiency in both React Javascript and PHP Laravel frameworks
Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery
Knowledge of MySQL database technology (ideally via AWS RDS)
Familiarity with Git version control systems
Understanding of software development principles and methodologies
Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
Relevant certifications such as Laravel Certification or PHP Certification.
