Job description

Lead Demand Generation Manager
As a Lead Demand Generation Manager, you will be responsible for driving the creation, execution, and optimization of our integrated Demand Generation strategy to generate qualified leads and accounts, optimize funnel conversions, and contribute to pipeline and revenue growth. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in shaping the marketing initiatives of a fast-growing company operating in the ever-evolving FinTech industry.
What You'll Do:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive Demand Generation strategies to acquire new customers and expand our footprint with existing customers.
  • Leverage Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies to target high-value accounts and personalize marketing efforts for maximum impact.
  • Plan and execute multi-channel lead generation campaigns, including email marketing, content marketing, webinars, and 1:1, 1:few and 1:many ABM programs to drive qualified leads and accounts to meet pipeline targets.
  • Develop strategies to personalize, optimize and accelerate the buyer's journey through nurtures, content, website personalization, targeted programs, etc.
  • Manage and optimize paid ads spend across various platforms to maximize ROI.
  • Optimize the lead nurturing process and conversion rates at each stage of the funnel. Identify bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement, implementing strategies and tactics to increase lead-to-opportunity and opportunity-to-close conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with content marketing to develop engaging and impactful content, such as blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, and eBooks, to attract and nurture leads throughout the buyer's journey. Ensure content is tailored to the needs and pain points of target accounts.
  • Utilize marketing automation platforms, such as HubSpot, Marketo, or Pardot, to design, execute, and analyze lead nurturing and scoring programs, ensuring timely and relevant communications to prospects and increasing conversion rates.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance and marketing attribution data to optimize campaigns and provide actionable insights to the marketing team and key stakeholders.
  • Leverage data-driven insights and ABX tools to identify high-performing target accounts and optimize marketing efforts.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including sales, product marketing, and customer success, to align Demand Generation efforts with the overall go-to-market strategy and drive continuous improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging marketing technologies, and best practices to identify new opportunities for growth and innovation within the Demand Generation function.
  • Experiment with new ABM tactics, tools, and strategies to improve engagement and conversion rates.

What You'll Bring:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 8+ years of experience in Demand Generation, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • In-depth knowledge and understanding of Demand Generation strategies, tactics, and tools, with a strong focus on Demand Generation and conversion rate optimization.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, extract insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at various levels of the organization.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.

The expected base salary range for this position is $119,000.00 - $155,000 annually.
Compensation may vary depending on several factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, experience, competencies, and geographic location. Some roles may qualify for extra incentives like equity, commissions, or other variable performance-related bonuses.
