Position: Lead Toddler Teacher Location: The Learning Lab daycare center Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday (7:00 AM - 4:00 PM) or (9:00AM-6:00pm) Salary: Competitive, with bonus hugs and smiles
Duties
Responsibilities:

• Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for our little explorers (aged 1-3 years).
• Plan and execute captivating lesson plans that spark curiosity and foster early childhood development.
• Engage with toddlers through interactive play, songs, stories, and finger painting (prepare to get a little messy!).
• Cultivate strong relationships with parents, providing regular updates and discussing milestones.
• Collaborate with our amazing team to ensure a seamless and joyful experience for all our little learners.

Requirements

• Must be 18years or older.
• Passion for working with toddlers and a deep understanding of their unique developmental needs.
• Prior experience in a childcare setting or related field (teaching, early childhood education, or equivalent).
• Certification in early childhood education (CDA, ECE, or similar) is a plus but not mandatory.
• Level 1 fingerprint Clearance Card, CPR First Aide Certification, Negative TB test and Food handler’s certification.
