SalaryYou will be responsible for providing high-quality custodial and maintenance services to ensure a clean and safe environment for our clients. If you have experience in industrial cleaning, floor care, and facilities maintenance, we encourage you to apply.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming
- Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies as needed
- Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly
- Maintain the cleanliness of common areas, including hallways, lobbies, and break rooms
- Perform floor care duties such as buffing, waxing, and polishing
- Assist with facilities maintenance tasks such as light bulb replacement and minor repairs
- Follow all safety protocols and use proper cleaning techniques and equipment
Skills:
To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:
- Previous experience in commercial or industrial cleaning preferred
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high cleanliness standards
- Good physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects if required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.11 - $20.61 per hour
