In this role, as a Desktop support Engineer, the candidate must be well versed with Desktop, End device support such as printers, routers, and the end point security.
Responsibilities
Responsible for supporting Windows, Printers, Mobile
Jamf Administration (Packaging, Asset Registration, Patching, Upgrades) - 10
Fresh Service Administration
Hands-on experience with end point device support
Responsible for supporting conference rooms
Qualifications we seek in you! Minimum Qualifications
B.S in Computer Science or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
Hands-on experience with end point device support
Proven experience with large-scale ITSM environment
Willingness to travel minimum 35% of time.
