Hours: 5:00pm-1:00am
Lead Cook tasks include assisting Chef Manager with food preparation, management of line staff and dishwashers, inventory and purchasing, menu creation and pricing, food and staff budgeting, staff scheduling and kitchen safety and cleanliness maintenance.
Looking for 3 years of culinary experience. Culinary degree preferred but not necessary.
