We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Lead Clinical Research Coordinator to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Lead Clinical Research Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the coordination and management of multiple Clinical Research studies. Your expertise in Clinical Research coordination, leadership abilities, and attention to detail will contribute to the successful execution of our research initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and guidance to a team of Clinical Research Coordinators, ensuring adherence to study protocols and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee the coordination of multiple Clinical Research studies, ensuring accurate and timely data collection, documentation, and reporting.
- Mentor and train junior coordinators, fostering their professional development and ensuring consistency in study procedures and practices.
- Collaborate with study sponsors, investigators, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and timely resolution of issues.
- Implement quality control measures to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and compliance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines.
- Assist in the development and review of study protocols, informed consent forms, and other study-related documents.
- Monitor study progress, identify potential risks or challenges, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
- Manage study budgets, track expenses, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Prepare and present study reports, including summarizing study findings and providing insights to relevant parties.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, regulations, and guidelines to ensure compliance and contribute to continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Clinical Research Coordinator, with demonstrated expertise in coordinating and managing Clinical Research studies.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to effectively mentor and train junior coordinators.
- Excellent knowledge of Clinical Research regulations, guidelines, and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) standards.
- Proficient in data collection, documentation, and analysis.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in using clinical trial management systems (CTMS) and electronic data capture (EDC) systems.
