What you will Do:
- Orients, trains and coaches staff.
- Assists manager and/or supervisor with overseeing day-to-day operations.
- Contributes to staff performance evaluation.
- Participates in selection and orients, trains and develops staff.
- Regularly performs duties of a Referral Coordinator in primary and specialty clinics.
- Based on principles of growth and development, provides care appropriate to the age related needs of the patients served on his/her assigned unit
- Acts as a collaborating member of the clinic medical home team and is highly committed to a team construct.

- Adheres to all safety, infection control and colleague health policies and procedures
Hours/Schedule:
.9 FTE (72 hours biweekly)
Minimum Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited nursing or medical assistant program preferred. Candidates with Certification and/or appropriate experience in a related field (lab, X-ray, etc.) or experience with insurance prior authorization may be considered.
- Current license and/or certification in accordance with education. BLS. Mandatory Reporter
- 3-4 years of referral experience preferred
- Intermediate language, intermediate reasoning ability, basic math.
