LEAD CASHIER & WAIT STAFF --- PLEASE APPLY IN PERSON

Position can earn up to $14/hour based on tips

(position starts at at a base pay of $10/hour - plus tips)

LEAD POSITION REQUIRES TRAINING FOR MINIMUM OF 1 MONTH PRIOR TO LOCKING IN THE POSITION.

Job requirements and Descriptions:

• Must be age 18 or older and be able to provide excellent customer service
• Greeting patrons with “Welcome To Flavors” upon entry into the facility
• Take Order Requests & Explain menu items and answer questions about food and beverages
• Verifying age of customers who order alcoholic beverages
• Up-selling additional food and beverage products to patrons
• Verify Order & Accept payment from patrons
• Must be able to operate the point-of-sale register system, including processing credit card & cash transactions
• Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages; Serve food and drinks to customers
• Where Masks, Daily Temperature Checks
• Follow all relevant health department rules and regulations
• Observing the principles of safe food handling and service
• Must communicate in an appropriate professional manner with customers and other employees
• Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
• Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
• Keep Tables/dining area clean by removing empty plates/baskets, used silverware, & dirty napkins from tables
• Participate in end of shift/ end of day house-cleaning duties (bathroom, dining room, kitchen)
