We are seeking a skilled and experienced Lead Carpenter to join our team. As a Lead Carpenter, you will be responsible for overseeing and executing various carpentry projects. This is a hands-on role that requires strong carpentry skills and the ability to lead a team effectively.
```Responsibilities```
- Manage and supervise carpentry projects from start to finish
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
- Estimate materials, time, and labor costs for projects
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and other team members
- Perform carpentry tasks such as framing, installing doors and windows, drywall installation, trim work, and more
- Ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget
- Monitor the quality of workmanship and ensure adherence to safety standards
- Train and mentor junior carpenters
```Qualifications```
- Proven experience as a Lead Carpenter or similar role
- Extensive knowledge of carpentry techniques and tools
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality craftsmanship
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
