POSITION SUMMARY
Barton Malow is currently accepting applications for a seasoned Carpenter seeking to advance their career.
KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES MAY INCLUDE:

• Recognizing site safety concerns and raising those issues to the CM Team
• Measure and fabricate required metal/wood materials to construct wall structures, and/or concrete formwork
• Properly install Doors, frames, and hardware in interior and exterior applications to would include cmu, metal, and wood framed openings
• Metal Stud Framing, Drywall, Insulation, Rough Carpentry, Acoustical Ceilings
• Division 10 Specialties including owner accessories
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in concrete work, constructing the formwork for placement of concrete, assembles column or wall formwork (all types: Gang forms, Stick Build, Slip Forms, etc), set anchor bolts templates, erects temporary handrails & associated safety related items, also does sawing, stripping, nailing, burning, measuring, tightening/loosening bolts, drilling & other duties as assigned by supervisor.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

  • to include the ability to read blueprints and specifications to determine required scope of work, correct quantities, and sizes of materials necessary to fully produce a quality product.
