Responsibilities:
- Oversee and lead a team of carpenters in various construction projects
- Read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings
- Coordinate and schedule tasks to ensure timely completion of projects
- Perform and lead in skilled carpentry work including framing, trim work, and cabinetry installation
- Install doors, windows, and hardware
- Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations
- Collaborate with other contractors to ensure project success
Requirements:
- 6+ Years of experience in Residential Construction
