Introduction:
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled clinical staffing coordinator to join our team and provide high-quality care to our residents. The employee will coordinate clinical staff schedules, provide continued training and education to staff, and provide ongoing support and monitoring to ensure that residents receive the best possible care. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals.
Responsibilities:
Assess residents' health needs and provide input in developing and implementing care plansMonitor residents' vital signs and report any changes to the appropriate staff member
Communicate with residents and families to provide education and support
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and ensure continuity of treatment
Document residents' progress and outcomes using electronic medical records
Stay up-to-date with current research and best practices in clinical field
Participate in professional development opportunities to maintain and improve skills
- Full-time, shift coverage as needed
- Other duties as needed
Qualifications
Certified Nurse Assistant Preferred.
Minimum of 1 year of experience.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
