Salary Range: $54,000 - $56,000 Yearly
Scheduled Hours: 12:00PM - 8:00PM
POSITION SUMMARY:
Provide Supervisor with a full range of administrative, programmatic and special project support in a fast
paced environment. This is a working manager position that will be required to work the floor on a regular schedule. In addition, support DOHS in managing caregiving staff for all shifts.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
1. Perform audits as directed by DOHS, and report audit results to DOHS and Executive Director.
2. Ensure all functions of the incontinence supply program are in order and work in conjunction with the Business Office Manager to make sure all ancillary charges are accurate.
3. Communicate with resident Families as needed.
4. Post notices for educational offerings.
5. Assist in managing Quality Life Specialist as directed by DOHS.
6. Ensure all education is documented properly. Coordinate with the Business Office Manager to
ensure organized retention of training certificates.
7. Coordinate and update staffing/schedule as directed by DOHS. Also schedule candidate
interviews and department orientation with DOHS.
8. Serve as primary administrative support person for the Director of Health Services.
9. Order office and medical supplies according to budget with approval of DOHS.
10. Create resident medical files and enter electronic health records information into system upon
admission.
11. Maintain the Assisted Living & Memory Care policy and procedure manuals
12. Provide computer support to the Assisted Living and Memory Care.
13. Ensure all aspects of Care Conferences are scheduled and logged accordingly.
14. Supports creating a culture where the business decisions made in this position, along with
individual employee engagement, drive top-line revenue and occupancy.
