CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
The core responsibilities include bartending, performing as a barista (we will train), and leading the staff before, during, and after the shift.
DAY TO DAY ACTIVITIES:
Bartending, Barista Services, ensuring good customer service, and following the shift guidelines to ensure that co-workers are adhering to all the policies.

REQUIREMENTS:
TABC Certification, Food Preparers and Food Handling Certification, Leadership Qualities.
Must have good leadership qualities, time management, and organizational skills, along with a great bartending skillset and customer service personality.
COMPENSATION:
Along with the tips, the Lead Bartender will earn $5 per hour for 36 hours per week (W, F, Sat, Sun, 6pm-3am) which earns approximately $800 in extra pay, monthly.
