```Duties``` - Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers - Take customer orders and provide recommendations based on their preferences - Maintain a clean and organized bar area - Check identification of customers to verify age requirements for purchase of alcohol - Monitor customer behavior and ensure they are not intoxicated or disruptive - Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register - Assist with food service and handling as needed - Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders - Provide excellent customer service and address customer concerns or complaints ```Skills``` - Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively - Knowledge of food industry standards and regulations - Ability to perform basic math calculations for cash handling and inventory management - Excellent sales skills to upsell and promote drink specials or menu items - Proficient in operating a cash register and handling cash transactions accurately - Experience in catering or banquet events is a plus - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
