The Lead Analyst is a member of the Total Rewards team within the People & Planning Department and will have primary responsibility for analytical work related to the maintenance of the Talent Management System, including compensation and rewards programs, in support of Chick-fil-A Support Center Staff and Staff in our vertical businesses.
This position is based out of the Chick-fil-A Support Center Office in Atlanta, GA.

• Assists in the analysis, design, and administration of reward programs including base pay, incentive pay, and other
reward programs
• Analyzes and interprets data, salary survey results and other available competitor information to ensure an externally market competitive compensation structure
• Leads research to help forecast market rates for new distribution centers in partnership with finance team
• Assists in the execution of the annual merit cycle which may include data analysis, follow-up with leadership, and
other key tasks to ensure successful execution of the merit cycle
• Partners with Talent Acquisition as part of the candidate experience process
• Partners with Payroll to ensure timely notification of compensation changes
• Partners with Talent Operations to enhance reporting and resolve issues in Workday
• Utilizes Workday to ensure changes are executed in alignment with payroll processing timelines
• Assists in the preparation of information to inform the establishment of target total compensation for external hires and movement of internal staff
• Establishes systems and procedures for tracking and administering incentive programs
• Manages survey library annually to determine data gaps and to ensure appropriate stewardship of budget
• Partners with market data management vendor to ensure survey data is loaded in a timely manner
• Maintains job description database for modifications, additions and deletions as submitted by leadership
• Develops ad-hoc analysis, reports, and forecasts from Workday and business applications; interprets results that
assist leadership with decision making
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Data Analytics, or Human Resources OR minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience
• Strong qualitative and analytical skills including manipulating data, querying, and reporting including the ability to analyze and research compensation trends and partner with appropriate internal and external resources
• Skilled at managing multiple projects simultaneously and managing competing demands
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately
• Proficiency in Microsoft suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Tableau and/or other data visualization tools
• Extensive systems experience using Workday and PayFactors to include reporting and data management
• 5 years of relevant work experience
• Distribution Center, Manufacturing, or Warehousing compensation support experience
