As the Lead Analyst, HR Technology you will provide leadership to the HR technology team driving implementations through planning, process design, configuration, deliverables, user acceptance testing and more. You will be a resource for other analysts on the team, providing training and guidance on all aspects of the enhancement life cycle.

What you'll do on a typical day:
- Serve as a lead technical Subject Matter Expert for HR Applications
- Ability to understand and support multiple, integrated applications based on functional needs and priorities.
- Lead medium to large enhancements and projects, assigning tasks and deadlines to other team members as required.
- Identify, recommend, and implement process improvements.
- Train team members on processes, procedures, reporting and configuration.
- Responsible for managing work of Contingent Workers and SAP partner consultants.
- Partner with internal business stakeholders on full cycle HR system solutions to solicit/define/document business requirements, research system functionality, recommend viable solutions, configure changes, coordinate testing efforts and production launch
- Present demos and Proof of Concepts of new designs and functionality to the business and IT partners.
- Facilitate effective meetings, keep stakeholders informed, set, and maintain project scope and timelines, mitigate risks, partner with others to resolve technical issues, ensure deliverables are met by managing day to day work, and escalate issues appropriately.
- Lead analysts in managing and resolving issues submitted via our ticketing system.
- Technical troubleshooting and resolution of escalated system related issues
- Perform troubleshooting, analysis, and technical expertise on integrations to and from our HR technology applications.
- Responsible for HR application data management, including fields, foundation data, picklists, position management, business rules, translations, and security permissions.
- Mass data loads and updates.
- Configure system changes and enhancements for enhancements and projects of medium to high complexity. Move these changes through various environments.
- Lead the testing lifecycle process, by creating test scripts, conducting unit tests, coordinating User Accept Testing, and resolving issues that are discovered in the process.
- Able to use advanced process mapping and analytical skills to think strategically, perform fact-based analysis, and demonstrate business value
- Demonstrates leadership by serving on HR task forces and aptly representing HR on committees internal and external to HR.
- Coaches/mentors staff on HR and HRIS business processes and working effectively within the GXO environment.
What you need to succeed at GXO:
- Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, or related field or equivalent related work or military experience
- Minimum 10 years working with HR related technologies as a technical / functional expert with a clear functional understanding of core HR business practices, processes, and terminolog HRIS, Compensation, Benefits, Recruiting Marketing, Onboarding, Performance and Goals Management, Reporting, Role Based Permissions) and the ability to develop solutions to address business problems and requirements.
- SAP SuccessFactors experience in Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, RMK required.
- SAP SuccessFactors certification preferred.
