The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated, self-starter, with experience in Learning and Development to join our dynamic team. As a Learning and Development Program Manager, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and managing learning initiatives that align with the organization's strategic goals. This role involves collaborating with various teams to seamlessly execute on our development programs, including marketing and branding our various offerings, and contributing to the professional development of our workforce.
Job Responsibilities:
  • The team has put together core foundational programs and offerings that need to be maintained e.g. mentoring programs. Your role as Program Manager will be to gather feedback and further evolve the programs, including identifying participants for future cohorts, managing the comms strategy including stakeholder engagement, and ensuring an exceptional experience for participants.
  • Identify creative and innovative ways to brand and communicate our learning and development offerings via various channels, including templates and design of our corporate intranet.
  • Design, develop and implement Learning and OD solutions, (programs, playbooks, approaches, interventions) aligned with HR and business strategies.
  • Apply project management skills to implement critical work; Maintain stakeholder alignment.
  • Facilitator and performance consultant for employee, and management development programs.
  • Deliver targeted training workshops, team development sessions, break-out sessions, including the delivery of leadership and team assessment feedback and coaching (virtual and face-to-face)
  • Use proven facilitation techniques for group learning and discussions, including active listening, effective questioning, role modeling of key skills or behaviors, flip chart techniques, giving and receiving group and individual feedback, coaching of group breakout activities, table activities, peer to peer coaching, etc.
  • Provide support for career development and performance management initiatives.
  • Develop methods for measuring effectiveness of programs; Collect data and track progress.
  • Use available research, reporting and analytics tools to have strategic coaching conversations with business leaders.
  • Partner closely with other COEs and the HRBP community on global projects or programs

Facilitation and Content Development
  • Be accountable for evaluation and follow-up of training and development program effectiveness based on defined project success metrics.
  • Independently resolve problems and issues within the scope of assignments.
  • Build strong relationships with key client groups, and local leaders to identify existing and emerging organization development needs.
  • Collaborate with your global L&D colleagues to identify and design global needs and offerings.
  • Support the budget process and prudently manage resources within the company budgetary guidelines.

Requirements:
  • Bachelors required, Masters desired in Organization Development/Behavior, Education or a related field
  • Minimum of 2-5 years' as a professional facilitator/performance consultant, with the proven ability to engage, educate, influence, and inspire diverse individuals and groups of stakeholders.
  • Excellent presentation, training and facilitation skills with both management and individual contributor audiences in a corporate environment.
  • Program and project management experience.
  • Deadline-driven with the ability to manage multiple projects, make decisions and solve problems while working under pressure.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships across diverse range of stakeholders and to work across boundaries
  • Strong instructional background, systems thinking and/or strategic planning experience
  • Excellent prioritization and organization skills
  • The ability to deal effectively with employees in a professional manner and maintain confidentiality.
  • Ideally, certified in Leadership and Team Assessment Tools (Myers Briggs or DISC Type Indicators, Hogan, Korn Ferry ILS/OCS or LPI, Thomas-Killmann, Five Behaviors of An effective Team)
  • Technically savvy with Microsoft Office Suite Outlook, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint, Zoom.

Expected Base Pay Range (USD)
82,410 - 123,500, $ per annum
The successful candidate's starting base pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location and market conditions. The expected base pay range for this role may be modified based on market conditions.
