OceanBee Wellness LLC is a remote all virtual counseling and psychiatric agency. We are focused on whole health from a trauma informed perspective. We are currently building our remote virtual team and are looking for highly motivated individuals! Come join our growing team!

We split 40/60. You will walk away with 60% of the reimbursement rate of the services performed. This is a 1099 contract position with flexibility. - Previous experience in mental health counseling or related field is required
- Strong knowledge of behavioral therapy techniques and interventions
- Familiarity with diagnostic evaluation methods and tools
- Experience in providing counseling services to individuals with mental health challenges, including aging issues

Responsibilities:
- Provide patient care by conducting behavioral therapy sessions and counseling sessions
- Conduct diagnostic evaluations to assess patients' mental health needs
- Develop treatment plans and complete sessions weekly (group, individual, family and couples)
- Perform patient assessments to determine appropriate treatment interventions
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations

• 1099 Position: 60/40% split - 60% to provider based on commercial / Medicare payment
• 8-8PM open timeframes for scheduling (you choose your schedule)
• Must carry your own individual liability insurance
• Credentialing and contracting will be with our team

Experience:
- Must have a active and unrestricted license as a Clinical Social Worker or Professional Counselor, Masters degree minimum required, in your state licensed and providing services

Skills:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to establish rapport with patients and create a supportive therapeutic environment
- Strong assessment and diagnostic skills
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and ability to maintain patient confidentiality
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
