We provide onsite primary care, psychiatric as well as therapy services to patients in Skilled Nursing Facilities and Assisted/Independent Living Communities, improving the quality of life for this sometimes overlooked population.

At LifeSource we provide the billing, credentialing, administrative and clinical support team that empowers our Clinicians to focus on patient care and well-being.

• LCSW-A's can apply if within 4 months of receiving a full LCSW license. A full LCSW license with no supervision requirements is required on Day 1.
