Responsibilities:
- Perform regular lawn maintenance tasks such as mowing, edging, and trimming
- Plant flowers, shrubs, and trees to enhance the overall landscape
- Prune trees and shrubs to maintain their health and appearance
- Operate power tools and hand tools safely and efficiently
- Assist with snow plowing during winter months (if applicable)
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Requirements:
- Previous experience in landscape maintenance or related field is preferred but not required-
- Knowledge of Lawn Care techniques, including proper mowing heights and striping
- Familiarity with common plants, trees, and shrubs in the local area
- Ability to operate power tools such as lawn mowers, trimmers, and blowers
- Proficiency in using hand tools for various landscaping tasks
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Physical stamina to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently
- Paid training will be provided for quality individuals with no experience and the desire to learn the industry
