We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Lawn Care Specialist to join our team. As a Lawn Care Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the appearance of lawns and landscapes. This is a hands-on role that requires knowledge of tree care, Lawn Care, and landscape maintenance. ```Duties```
- Perform regular lawn maintenance tasks such as mowing, edging, and trimming
- Apply fertilizers, pesticides, and herbicides to promote healthy growth
- Prune trees and shrubs to maintain their shape and health
- Irrigate lawns and landscapes to ensure proper hydration
- Remove weeds, leaves, and debris from lawns and gardens
- Operate power tools and hand tools safely and efficiently
- Assist with snow plowing during winter months
```Experience```
- Previous experience in Lawn Care or groundskeeping is preferred
- Knowledge of tree care, Lawn Care techniques, and landscape maintenance
- Familiarity with power tools and hand tools used in the industry
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
