An average day would go as follows: Meet at the shop in the morning and load trucks for the day. Most days are mowing the lawn route and plenty of days are full of maintenance based landscaping such as trimming bushes, spreading mulch, removing plants, planting etc. We are usually back to the shop for the day between 3 and 430 PM. The majority of our work is in the Greenbrier area.
One young man we have working started at $13/hour and within one year was at 18/hour running his own crew with the constant opportunity for more.
We have WEEKLY pay days every Wednesday with direct deposit along with occasional bonuses and a yearly Christmas bonus.
If you have experience working for a known Lawn Care/landscape company and are thinking about making a switch, we may be able to match or beat your current pay rate.
