We're looking for passionate individuals to join us as Turf / Lawn Care Technicians in Northern Virginia. At Simply Turf, we specialize in fertilizing, weed control, aeration/overseeding, and mosquito/tick control services, ensuring our clients' lawns are not only stunning but also safe for their families and pets.

Responsibilities: As a Turf / Lawn Care Technician, you will:

• Expertly apply fertilizer and weed control using our ride-on spreader/sprayer equipment.
• Independently complete your daily route, visiting around 15 to 20 residential lawns.
• Utilize our Service Autopilot app to document progress, add notes, and capture pictures for seamless communication.
• Stay connected with the office through Slack for efficient coordination.
• Address client inquiries and offer expert advice on lawn concerns and solutions.
• Log material usage in our proprietary app to maintain accurate records.

Requirements: We are seeking individuals who:

• Have a genuine interest in horticulture / landscaping and turf / Lawn Care, and a desire to expand their knowledge in the field.
• Possess excellent communication skills to engage with clients and represent our services professionally.
• Bring prior green industry experience, which includes landscaping, mowing, or turf / Lawn Care (registration technician license is a plus, but we provide training).
• Hold a valid driver's license with reliable transportation to our shop in Gainesville, VA.
• Are willing to pass the registered technician exam within six months with our dedicated training support.
• Can commit to a Monday-Friday schedule, from 7:30 am to 4:30 pm.
• Hold a High School Diploma or GED.
