Pay: $14-18/hr
Pay includes a flat rate plus commission based on the amount of lawns you service. Most technicians don't ever make less than $14/hr.
Hours: Full-time.
Job goes Monday through Friday starting anywhere between 6:30am and 7:30 am.
Year round work available.
During most of the year, Lawn technicians will be applying fertilizer, weed control, and other services to different commercial and residential properties. During the colder months, Lawn Care Technicians act as lead generators who play a critical role in helping the company by communicating with potential customers with valuable information about our services and company as a whole. Talented individuals who would prefer technician related work may be able to take down Christmas lights instead of generating leads (during winter months only). Earn a flat rate plus commission based on work ethic, leads, and more!
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Applying Fertilizer and Weed Control to yards.
-Driving to different local locations
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Communicates in a friendly and professional manner
- Is enthusiastic and confident
- Responsible with equipment
- High School diploma
- Excellent with oral and written communication skills
- Ability to stand and walk for multiple hours in a day!
- Ability to lift 50 pound bags of fertilizer throughout the day.

Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour
