SalaryWe are a mid-sized Law Firm, located in Owings Mills, Maryland, that currently has several different departments: personal injury, medical malpractice, and criminal defense. We are looking to expand and add an immigration department as well, and we seek the right candidate to help us create and grow it!

Must be a licensed attorney in the State of Maryland and corresponding federal courts that practice immigration law. This is not a position for beginners, as the ideal candidate must have at least 4-5 years of experience with all aspects of immigration law, including but not limited to deportation defense (both affirmative and defensive), asylum claims, work visas, marriage visas, etc. A working understanding of the areas of family law that overlap with immigration, such as guardianship issues, is a plus.

Pay: $120,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
