Laundry Attendant / Security Guard - Graveyard Shift

Are you looking for a part-time job that works with your busy schedule? DZ Laundry is hiring for a Part-Time attendant to provide cleaning and customer service at our Rialto location! We are a small family operated chain of laundromats and are looking for someone to join the team for our Graveyard Shift!

We are looking for a hardworking, reliable, friendly, and dedicated person who loves to clean! The position will be working alone on short shifts, and able to work at their own pace ensuring all critical duties are fulfilled by the end of their shift. Being bilingual with English/Spanish is a plus. Those with security experience are encouraged to apply!

This position is great for retirees, those with limited availability, busy students, or night owls looking to make some extra hours!

Hours Available:

1AM - 5AM weekdays and weekends.

Duties:

• Proper mixing of cleaning solutions.
• Maintaining the overall cleanliness of the store through sweeping/mopping the floors and cleaning washing and folding surfaces.
• Verifying washing equipment is in working order.
• Placing signage for equipment that is not operating properly and properly escalating to maintenance personnel.
• Removing, bagging, and tagging items that have been left behind.
• Properly disposing of items left behind.
• Assisting customers with any issues with machines. Ie offering rewashes and refunds.
• Maintaining backroom.
• Alerting management with any inventory or equipment issues.
• Filling out cleaning logs and adhering to a rotating cleaning schedule throughout the week.
• Following procedures for all duties with little to no supervision.
• Deep cleaning washers and dryers inside and out
• Keeping bathroom tidy and clean
• Keeping non-customers out (Critical)

Our ideal candidate has open availability, every day, and throughout the week if needed. Individuals with more availability will receive more hours as a result!
