Laundry Attendant

Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Laundry Attendant to join our team. As a Laundry Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring that all bed sheets and towels are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards. Your attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness will contribute to providing an exceptional guest experience.

Duties:
- Sort, wash, dry, fold, bed sheets and towels
- Inspect items for stains, tears, or damage before laundering
- Operate commercial laundry equipment according to established procedures
- Follow proper handling and storage techniques for clean and soiled linens
- Maintain cleanliness of the laundry area and equipment
- Report any maintenance or equipment issues to the supervisor
- Assist with inventory management of linen supplies
- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing guest inquiries or concerns

Skills:
- Previous experience in a hotel or commercial laundry setting is preferred
- Knowledge of proper laundering techniques for different fabrics and materials
- Ability to operate commercial laundry equipment such as washers, dryers, and ironing machines
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent time management skills to ensure timely completion of tasks
- Good communication skills to interact with guests and team members
