Sleep Inn & Suites Fargo Medical Center is a very busy hotel catering to Business, Hospital, Sporting Events & Citywide events.
Job Summary:
The Laundry Attendant is responsible for using laundering machines to clean articles such as rags, towels, and bedding. Sorts, folds and stores clean articles and assisting in housekeeping, as needed. Day shift, and weekend availability. FT or PT
Reports To: Executive Housekeeping Manager; Assistant Executive Housekeeper
Essential Job Functions:
- Sorts all linen and separates and treats all stains
- Loads articles into washer and adds specified amount of detergent, soap, or other cleaning agents
- Lifts clean, wet articles from washer and places them into dryers for measured time cycles
- Sorts dried articles according to type
- Folds and places items in appropriate locations for storage
- Handles contaminated articles per company, franchise, and OSHA standards
- Maintains the inventory of cleaning supplies and linen; informs the General Manager of any inventory needs
- Maintains all laundry equipment and informs appropriate personnel of maintenance needs
- May assist in housekeeping or public spaces cleaning duties
- Other duties as assigned

May occasionally require the ability to work outside of regularly scheduled hours. Schedules may vary based on business need, so flexiblity is a must.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
