Laundry Aide
Responsibilities Laundry Aide:
- The Laundry Aide will keep the residents clothing clean, and disinfect the linens that is used by the Residents.
- The Laundry Aide may be required to perform tasks, which involve exposure to visible blood contamination or reasonable anticipated blood contamination.
- Must be knowledgeable about OSHA Blood-borne Pathogens and must follow the required procedure for handling, cleaning, disposing, or moving of objects / materials and the clean-up of blood, infectious materials, or body fluids containing blood.
Qualifications Laundry Aide:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Previous LTC/SNF experience preferred
- Serious applicants
- Interest in the geriatric population
