We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Laundry Aide on a full-time basis to provide our Residents and Guests with clean linens. This position will require rotating weekend availability and will be from 7:30am-4pm.
Some of your responsibilities will include sorting soiled lines (i.e. bed linens, towels, personal clothing, and table linens) and select the appropriate wash cycle for washing. You will properly track and document washing while following infection control measures to avoid cross contamination of clean and soiled linens. You will sort, dry, fold, hang and press (as required) linens.
We would like to speak to those who have a High School Diploma or GED along with Knowledge of pick/pack procedures or experience in shipping/receiving products. Experience working with commercial grade washers/dryers a plus. Must be self-motivated and goal oriented.
