Job Description:A Transactional & Commercial Law Firm is a boutique law firm that offers an opportunity for a highly motivated and goal-oriented attorney who can efficiently work both independently and collaboratively. Practice areas covered under this position include business planning and transactional services. Estate planning and/or real estate tax assessment appeal knowledge is desired but not required. Exceptional drafting, communication and organizational skills are essential to this position. We will consider more experienced applicants with portable business and/or applicants seeking a flexible working schedule involving part-time hours. This is an in-office position.
