Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled and passionate Eyelash Specialist to join our team. As an Eyelash Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional eyelash extension services to our clients. If you have a keen eye for detail, excellent customer service skills, and a passion for enhancing natural beauty, we would love to hear from you. Responsibilities: - Perform eyelash extension services including application, maintenance, and removal - Consult with clients to determine their desired lash look and provide recommendations based on their natural lashes and eye shape - Ensure a clean and sanitary work environment by following proper sterilization and disinfection protocols - Educate clients on proper aftercare instructions to maintain the longevity of their lash extensions - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and techniques related to eyelash extensions - Assist with other salon tasks as needed Qualifications: - Proven experience as an Eyelash Specialist or similar role - Certification in eyelash extensions is preferred but not required - Strong knowledge of different lash extension styles, lengths, and thicknesses - Excellent attention to detail and manual dexterity - Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients - Knowledge of MINDBODY software is a plus - Ability to manage time effectively and work independently Skills: - Deep tissue massage - Hospitality - Dermal fillers - Retail sales - Botulinum toxin treatment - Tattooing - Guest services - Body waxing Join our team of dedicated professionals and help our clients achieve beautiful and glamorous lashes. Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $22.19 - $28.24 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 30 per week
