Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Eyelash Specialist to join our team. As an Eyelash Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional eyelash extension services to our clients. This is an exciting opportunity to showcase your talent and creativity in the beauty industry.

Duties:
- Perform eyelash extension application and maintenance services
- Consult with clients to determine their desired look and provide recommendations
- Ensure a clean and sanitary work environment
- Adhere to safety and sanitation guidelines
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in eyelash extensions
- Build and maintain a loyal client base through exceptional customer service
- Upsell additional beauty services such as dermal fillers, body waxing, botulinum toxin treatment, tissue massage, hair threading, Millennium, nail care, makeup application, etc.
- Manage social media platforms to promote your work and attract new clients
- Meet sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the salon

Skills:
- Proven experience as an Eyelash Specialist or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of eyelash extension techniques and products
- Strong attention to detail and precision in application
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service and build rapport with clients
- Proficiency in social media management for self-promotion purposes
- Sales-driven mindset with the ability to upsell additional beauty services

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
