Job Title : System Administrator
Location : Lansing, MI 48933 (Hybrid 2 days In-office & 3 days Remote)
Duration : 12 Months Contract (with a possible extension)
Job Description:
This senior analyst position manages and administers agency specific server application and web configurations and ensures application uptime and high performances for multiple ORS applications, including but not limited to:
Clarety Customer Support Application, Employer Reporting and miAccount.
Activities include application and middleware software installations, configuration, tuning, monitoring, updating, patching, and maintaining deployment scripts.
This senior level position assesses and identifies issues regarding software upgrades and new releases as well as advising application development staff on integration with software.
This position monitors and maintains application and web server software operations, patches and tuning activities specifically but not limited to WebSphere Administration.
It also coordinates software maintenance schedules with peers and vendors across the ORS Agency Services.
