We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Landscape Laborer to join our team. As a Landscape Laborer, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks to maintain and enhance outdoor spaces. This is a physically demanding role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work in various weather conditions.
```Duties```
- Perform groundskeeping duties such as mowing, edging, and weeding
- Plant and maintain gardens, including watering, fertilizing, and pruning
- Assist with snow plowing and ice removal during winter months
- Conduct landscape maintenance tasks such as mulching and raking leaves
- Dig holes for planting trees or installing irrigation systems
- Operate and maintain landscape equipment and tools
- Assist with tree care, including trimming and removal
```Requirements```
- Previous experience in landscaping or groundskeeping preferred
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks for extended periods of time
- Basic mechanical knowledge for equipment maintenance
- Knowledge of proper planting techniques and garden care
- Familiarity with irrigation systems and their operation
- Ability to work in various weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
