Overview: We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Cashier to join our team. As a Cashier, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth transactions at the point of sale. Responsibilities: - Greet customers and provide them with a positive shopping experience - Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system - Handle cash, credit, and debit card payments - Maintain a clean and organized checkout area - Assist customers with product inquiries and provide recommendations - Stock shelves and merchandise as needed - Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets - Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and promotions - Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner Requirements: - Previous experience in customer service or retail sales is preferred - Knowledge of wireless sales or electronics sales is a plus - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Proficient in operating a POS system - Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately - Bilingual proficiency is an asset - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously We offer competitive pay rates and opportunities for career advancement within our organization. Pay: $10.00 - $120.00 per hour
