Landscaper

LIVELY LANDSCAPE COMPANY is a residential design/build landscape company serving Franklin, Brentwood, and Nashville area. Immediately hiring Landscape Crew Member. Applicant must be able bodied, honest, hard working landscaping individual. We do not mow grass; we plant trees, shrubs, sod and drainage work.

Our office is located in Fairview, TN. This is NOT seasonal work, we are offering immediate FULL TIME - YEAR ROUND employment. Applicant will be required to report to our Fairview office.

Duties
Required to work outdoors in seasonal weather conditions (inclement weather).
Hands on working with mulch, soil, drainage, tree, shrub, and sod installation.
Load equipment and materials off/on trucks and trailers.
Keep work vehicle and equipment clean and in working order.

Qualifications
Must have 1 year previous professional landscape installation experience.
Must have their own reliable transportation to arrive to the office on time with a positive attitude.
Required to endure long periods of standing, walking, bending, and lifting (frequent lifting of weights between 10-80 lbs.). This is a physical outdoors job.
Interact politely and professionally with all customers, vendors, and crew members.
Must present a professional image to customers.
Drug free with a clean criminal background.

Benefits
Staring pay is $20 per hour.
Weekends and holidays off!
$150 sign on bonus after 14 consecutive WORK days (not weekends) and without an absence.
Additional $150 bonus after (6) months of employment.
