Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Lawn Care Specialist to join our team. As a Lawn Care Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the appearance of lawns and landscapes for our clients. This is a hands-on position that requires knowledge and experience in various aspects of Lawn Care and maintenance. Duties: - Perform regular lawn mowing, trimming, and edging to ensure a well-manicured appearance - Apply fertilizers, pesticides, and herbicides to promote healthy growth and control weeds - Prune trees, shrubs, and hedges to maintain their shape and promote proper growth - Install and maintain irrigation systems to ensure proper watering of lawns and plants - Plant flowers, trees, and other plants according to landscape designs or client preferences - Clean up debris, leaves, and other yard waste to maintain a clean and tidy appearance - Provide snow plowing services during winter months to clear driveways and walkways - Assist with the construction of hardscape features such as patios, walkways, and retaining walls - Use hand tools and power equipment safely and efficiently to complete assigned tasks Skills: - Knowledge of Lawn Care techniques including mowing, fertilizing, weed control, and irrigation - Experience in tree trimming and pruning techniques for proper growth and maintenance - Proficiency in operating various hand tools and power equipment used in Lawn Care - Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting heavy objects, digging, bending, and kneeling for extended periods of time - Strong attention to detail to ensure precise execution of Lawn Care tasks - Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines If you are passionate about creating beautiful outdoor spaces and have the skills required for this role, we would love to hear from you.
