About us

We are a small family horse farm with 30 acres. The property is a working horse farm and our primary residence.

```Job Summary```

We are seeking a skilled and motivated person to maintain the landscape of our family home and ranch. As a Landscape Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing outdoor spaces for our property including tree trimming, flower beds, and lawn. This is a hands-on position that requires knowledge of landscaping techniques and the ability to operate power tools and equipment.

We do not have housing available, so this will need to be someone local to the Grandview area.

Must have experience with references. An onsite job interview will be conducted for final selection.

```Responsibilities```

- Perform landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, trimming, edging, and weeding

- Irrigate plants and lawns to ensure proper hydration

- Plant flowers, shrubs, and trees to enhance the overall appearance of outdoor spaces

- Build and install landscape features such as pathways, retaining walls, and fences

- Operate power tools and equipment safely and efficiently

- Maintain a clean and organized work area

```Requirements```

- Previous experience in landscaping

- Knowledge of landscape maintenance techniques and practices

- Familiarity with power tools and equipment used in landscaping

- Mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting equipment issues

- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions

- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively

- Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks such as lifting heavy objects

- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.33 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
