Landscape Maintenance Technician

Overview:

Advantage Landcare is seeking skilled laborers and entry level laborers to join our Landscape Maintenance team. Duties will primarily be for Mowing & Trimming, Pruning, Lawn & Planting Bed Cleanups, and a variety of other tasks as assigned. Pay starts at $22.00 - $28.00 per hour. Year long salaried positions available for the right candidates. Benefits include matching retirement plans, health, dental, & vision insurance. Skilled Laborer positions are expected to be filled with an individuals the foreman or supervisors can lean on to complete tasks. Advancement within the company, and the development of these positions into leadership roles as a foreman is expected. Must have a high level of self motivation, and be detail oriented.

Duties:

- Perform lawn care tasks such as mowing, edging, and trimming

- Prune and maintain flowers, shrubs, and trees

- Assist with Landscape Maintenance activities including weeding, mulching, and pruning

- Operate power tools and equipment safely and efficiently

- Assist with snow plowing and removal during winter months

Experience:

- Previous experience in landscaping or grounds maintenance preferred

- Familiarity with lawn care techniques and equipment operation

- Ability to use power tools and equipment safely

- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
